I hired them to install a new roof on 2 of my rental properties. His job was flawless. I taught in this industry for 26 years and it was done exactly the way I would have taught it. I had 2 other price quotes and they were both between $6-8K more than he gave me. He put in about 30 square (10' x 10') of shingles - which is quite a bit of shingles! It was so good that the neighbor across from me had his roof done 2 months later and my son just had him replace his roof as well! When they were done, you couldn't find a shingle or nail anywhere from the removal of the first roof - that's how well they cleaned up after themselves. He is so meticulous and the crew that he has is outstanding! It was a PERFECT job.

It went very well! Part of the house has a flat roof which was a concern for us. BAC Roofing did an excellent job. They removed the existing roof and repaired the damaged areas. A new roof was installed. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Very professional, the cost was exactly what was quoted. We are very happy with the result.

Bruce was extremely professional, spent time going over all of my options, was very honest about what I needed and what I didn't need. He was low pressure and he stopped by every day to check on crew. The crew was very nice and professional. They did an great job cleaning up and it went very well.

They had three employees come out to complete this in the better part of a half day. They were v very thorough. I did have a leak afterwards it was on a pipe of the slope part of the roof, he came out again to fix that. He came out when he said he would, and the work was done timely. And he left everything clean.

It was a joy to do business with Bruce Caromile. His approach was low key, very positive and not at all pushy. He made suggestions based on his knowledge of carpentry and roofing that, in the end, proved to significantly enhance the result without 'enhancing' the price. There were a number of tasks (i.e. hauling away four old cement footings in their dumpster) that had nothing to do with the job that Bruce and his crew took care of while they were on site; they went truly above and beyond. I have never seen men that work as steadily and diligently as this group did-long days with very few breaks. The level of trust and good will established with the first project will extend itself into a many years-long relationship. I would recommend B.A.C. construction to family and friends without reservation.

BAC replaced our roof this winter, the week before Christmas after a storm had done significant damage. They were not the cheapest bid, but very reasonably priced. They were very professional, worked quickly, and when a light was damaged by accident they replaced if before we even knew it was broken. I would definitely hire BAC again.

They went above and beyond our expectation. They replaced a roof vent that was not included in our contract but that was cracked. The completed the job in one day and did an excellent job of clean up.

Overall it went very well. They came on time in the morning. They took a 45min. lunch break travel time included. Worked well didn't fool around.On the final day they stayed late because it was going to rain the next day and wouldn't be able to work in the rain. The only thing I would say is the help smoked and threw the butts in the yard even thou there was an ashtray.
